Liisa works as Head of Customer Experience & Insights at Tieto. Her goal is to enable delightful experiences for Tieto customers together with our employees. She drives development, use of design and customer centric ways of working. Liisa is enthusiastic about service design, culture, change, and how habits affect people’s ways of working. Liisa believes that everyone needs to develop more empathy towards the service end-users for businesses to succeed in the future.
