Lauri’s work and research focuses on micro-foundations of organizational behavior, the origins of field transformation, complex systems and innovation. Lauri has been conducting his research on the use of customer data in both UK and Finnish grocery retail companies.
Lauri has undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University and is currently finalizing his PhD at the Aalto University School of Business. Since 2014, Lauri has been a visiting scholar at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
