TODAY... I have personally a fortunate situation to be part of the great team - Fazer Food Services - and writing a new chapter for contract catering business in Finland and in Nordic countries: Changing what and how people eat at schools, universities, business offices and elderly care houses. And building commercial success for future.
As Head of Commercial function in Finland I am responsible for sales, marketing and development of both service solutions and gastronomy. Our passion is to build tailor made food service solutions that fit into the needs and context of our client and restaurant guests. As leading food service experts in the market we are able to create taste, service and milieu that combine quality and cost efficiency in the best possible way.
BEFORE... my current duties I worked as Strategy and Business development director at Fazer Food Services on Nordic level, shaping the strategic focus, organization and commercial capabilities for whole business area.
Before joining Fazer, I worked as management consultant at Deloitte for different industries but specializing for Consumer business.
Prior to that, I gained my first "true life" experiences from S-Group, being responsible for both HR and organisational development assignments as well as operative service tasks in hotels and restaurants.
I have proven track record in large scale change management efforts and believe in mixing different kind of expertise to create "fit for purpose" task forces. I enjoy coaching people and I think that work can and should be fun even if targets are tough.
