Fanny Vakkila’s expertise lies in identifying business opportunities through cross-industry collaboration and bringing the human perspective to the heart of digital. At Tieto her aim is to transform businesses by stepping into the minds of the customer advising Tieto's customers in customer experience by seeing the world as a living system where everything is connected. Fanny combines a comprehensive background of cross-disciplinary experience in the fields of media, communications and technology. She holds a M.Sc. degree from Aalto University School of Business.
