Anne Mikkilä is a Business Navigator at Tieto, and her role is to coach for change while standardizing Application Services and setting the scene for a mindset of continuous improvement. Her passion is both an excellent customer and employee experience and how to execute them and make them visible. I still see networking as human-to-human, contact, even if we can now talk about virtual networking as well. While digitalization is all around us, and as a Tieto employee I see myself as part of shaping the digitalized future, it is definitely the human aspect of business that makes working life rewarding and fascinating.
